BabyBallers Luton – Terms & Conditions
1. Monthly Subscription
Participation in BabyBallers Luton classes is subject to a recurring monthly subscription payment. Subscription fees are collected monthly via Direct Debit and secure your child’s place within the programme.
2. Missed Sessions and Refund Policy
No refunds, credits, transfers, or replacement sessions will be provided for sessions missed by a participant for any reason.
In the event that BabyBallers Luton cancels a scheduled session, an alternative session will be offered where possible. If an alternative session cannot be provided, a refund or account credit may be issued at the discretion of BabyBallers Luton.
3. Cancellation of Subscription
Should a parent, guardian, or account holder wish to cancel their subscription and Direct Debit mandate, a minimum of one full calendar month’s written notice must be provided.
Notice of cancellation must be submitted via email to:
A “full calendar month” means notice must be received before the first day of the month in which the notice period is intended to commence.
If cancellation notice is received on or after the 1st day of any month, the notice period will not begin until the following calendar month. As a result, the account holder will remain liable for all subscription fees due during the current month and the entirety of the following calendar month.
Examples:
- Notice received on 31st January – membership will end on 28th/29th February.
- Notice received on 1st February – membership will end on 31st March and the full March payment remains payable.
- Notice received on 15th February – membership will end on 31st March and the full March payment remains payable.
No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued where the required notice period has not been provided.
4. Subscription Pause Option
BabyBallers Luton offers one (1) subscription pause per calendar year.
A pause is available at a reduced fee of £10.00 for the paused month to retain the participant’s place within the programme.
To request a pause, a minimum of one full calendar month’s written notice must be provided by email to:

5. Mid-Month Registrations
Where registration occurs partway through a month, a pro-rata covering payment will be applied to the account (excluding any free trial sessions).
This covering payment will be added to the first monthly subscription payment to account for classes attended prior to the commencement of the regular billing cycle.
For example, where a participant joins with two weeks remaining in a four-week month, a pro-rata fee may be charged in addition to the first full monthly subscription payment.
6. Welcome Pack
The registration fee includes a BabyBallers Welcome Pack, which consists of:
- One official BabyBallers kit; and
- One BabyBallers reward chart.
Participants will receive a sticker at the end of each qualifying session. Parents and guardians are encouraged to place the sticker on the reward chart provided.
Upon completion of the reward chart, the participant will be awarded a BabyBallers medal in recognition of their achievement.
7. Amendments
BabyBallers Luton reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members in advance and will take effect from the date specified in the notification.
By registering for and attending BabyBallers Luton classes, parents and guardians confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
